Here you’ll find recent highlights from my practice — commissions awarded, exhibitions opened, and works shared with the public.
DCDGS Commission (10/2025)
I am honored to have been awarded a commission by the DC Department of General Services Percent for Art Program for my sculpture SOAR, to be installed at J.O. Wilson Elementary School. This brightly faceted bird form celebrates flight, imagination, and uplift. Inspired by the school’s values of Safety, Ownership, Acceptance, and Respect, SOAR embodies the spirit of rising together, a beacon of color and possibility for students and the community.
Upcoming Exhibition: Danville Metalworks (10/2025)
This fall, my sculptures Vessels and As One will be featured in the upcoming exhibition at Danville Metalworks Gallery, presented by the Town of Danville. The show runs October 11 – December 19, 2025. These works explore form, reflection, and transformation — shifting as the viewer moves around them or as light interacts with their surfaces. For more details, visit the Danville Gallery site www.danville.ca.gov/vtart.
As One, steel and mirrors, 2025. Front and three-quarter views (25 × 22 × 8 in.).
